MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY

I work with folks 18 years and older who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, and/or relationship to food and body. I will work alongside you to explore what well-being looks like to you and what support you may need to get there.

Initial intake session: $225* for 55 minutes

Individual session: $150 for 55 minutes

NUTRITION THERAPY

I work with folks 18 years and older who are struggling with their relationship to food, their body, and/or movement. My nutrition work is based in the Health at Every Size® framework, Body Trust®, and Ellyn Satter’s Eating Competence Model. I will work alongside you to listen to the wisdom your body already holds.

Initial Intake session: $210* for 55 minutes

Individual session: $180* for 55 minutes

*Please note: these rates reflect my insurance rates. I can provide 'pay at time of service' discounts for self-pay clients.

INSURANCE

I am in network with Premera and First Choice Health/Kaiser PPO for both mental health therapy and nutrition services. I can also provide you with a super bill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Ask your insurance company if they will reimburse for seeing an out of network LMHC or CN.
